Welcome to Teddy Kingdom! My name is Lena Volkova. I live in gorgeous Northern Michigan with my husband John, two dogs and a cat. We have a breathtaking view of a lake and forest from the windows of our home. All kind of wild animals visit us practically daily. I am a former piano teacher. But I always enjoyed sewing and knitting. I have even designed my own apparel. I started my company - Teddy Kingdom, in 2004 and teddy bear making has become my passion since then. I only use my own patterns, which are constantly evolving to accommodate my new ideas, and creations. Each has their own character and temperaments. I use mohair, alpaca, synthetics, and other materials of the finest quality. My furry creations live all over the world. I have been the 2007 Golden Teddy Award nominee, 2009 TED Worldwide Award, and 2009 & 2011 Golden Teddy Award winner. Every creation has a sewn-in Teddy Kingdom tag and will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity that proves they come from the Teddy Kingdom and is hand signed by me,

REFUND POLICY

Returns must be shipped back to Teddy Kingdom within 10 days of the item receipt via Priority Mail. The item must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, and sent via priority mail. After I receive the item and inspect of its condition, a refund will be issued. The shipping and PayPal fees will be deducted from the amount you paid. Refunds are paid through PayPal only.
